Roslyn Brown of Little Rose Designs has always had a fascination with taking photos of scenery and nature. Her first camera was an old Brownie Box Camera that was bought from a second-hand shop similar to the one on the left.

This was followed by a little Kodak Instamatic camera similar to the one on the right..

Since those early days she has had a number of cameras before making the change to digital technology. Her first digital camera was a Canon A530 on which many of the photos displayed on this website was taken.

She now is shooting her photographs on a Panasonic Lumix FZ-18, she is looking forward to when she can purchase her firest digital SLR camera. Many of the photos on this website have also been taken with this camera.

Roslyn is from a family of artistic people with her mother and grandmother dabbling in painting and two of her children are talented drawers, computer based artists and graphic designers.

Roslyn's love of nature is shown in the way she captures the moment in time to ensure that the finest details is preserved in her photographs.

Not only does she enjoy her photography she is studying Digital Media at Griffith University on the Gold Coast Qld. She also enjoys graphic and digital design and creating web sites.

The biggest love of her life is her husband Philip, who is a great support to her and one of her biggest fans. The other loves in her life are her children, Michael and his wife Cara, Tim and his partner Beck, Christine and her husband Brent. She also cares deeply for her step-daughter Melanie, Melanie's daughter Ruby and her step-son Tim and his wife Jenna.
